/resmanager opens a clean black & gold panel with every resource grouped by category (J3DM, Maps/MLO, Framework, System, Other), colour-coded states, running counters, search, and admin start/stop/restart with a safe two-click confirm. System resources are protected — you can't break your own server.

It knows the J3DM line-up and warns you if two Sunrise Scheme variants are running at once, if the standalone Tastee runs beside a full scheme variant, if the auto bank runs with single-bank resources, or if ESX and QB bank builds are mixed.
